I recently worked with Marc both in buying and selling and he was great from start to finish. He was attentive, available, and made both deals incredibly easy by working around my schedule and using electronic documents to speed up the closing. When buying, Marc was a valuable resource for all  my questions and that really showed his expertise. He gave me unbiased answers about the houses I was looking at and laid out all the pros and cons when I needed them. The whole experience felt like a partnership. When Selling, he was great at communicating the buyers feedback and guided me step by step through a really painless closing. All around great experience.
